Ah, spring, a time of renewal. Especially for a certain stretch of Capitol Avenue. The MDC recently shared a flyer stating that "lateral (pipe connection from [individual properties] to the new mainline) work will occur next week and the final restoration of sidewalks and road pavement will follow." Speaking of renewal, with our Annual Meeting approaching, we have some NRZ Board members whose terms are up for re-election and some vacant spots.
